The Dental Care Program is a yearly membership that gives you easy access to treatment in a prepaid, discounted way. It's offered to individuals and families who don't have a dental plan.
Child Plan
14 years old and younger

- Routine cleanings, two per year

Normal cleanings, without periodontal disease

Periodontal Plan
Periodontal disease, as diagnosed by your dentist

- 15% off all additional dental treatments

Good to know before you join.
- This program is not dental insurance. Membership is only for individuals and families who aren't currently insured by a dental health plan.
- The annual fee is a one-time payment by cash, check or credit card, due in full when you sign up.
- Your one-year membership begins immediately upon payment.
- Membership fees are non-refundable for any reason, including moving from the area or not using the program's benefits.
- All treatment for members must be completed at West Prairie Dental. Benefits can't be transferred to any other practice or program.
- Additional services beyond the included preventive and diagnostic treatment are due on the day they're performed.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change an appointment. Scheduling your treatment is up to you as the member.
- Members aren't eligible for other discounts, including senior discounts and day-of-service payment discounts.
